A few things about me…
I have three living adult children, and one that died (my daughter’s twin) just 12 hours before birth. I am a grandmother, which is one of the most fun things ever, though can be hard because my daughter named her son Joshua after her deceased twin brother. My kids are either moved out to go to college (with no intention of ever moving back) or have finished college.

I am twice divorced, but now in a serious relationship with my boyfriend whom I live with. Brian is a sweetheart and he has a daughter from a previous marriage who is in a different state going to college as well. He is by far the best man I’ve ever met and spending time with him makes me want to be a better person than I am.

Over the last 19 years, I have owned several businesses in different industries. While my last marriage was falling apart I took that opportunity to rebuild my business and design it exactly how I want it.  Now I am serving exactly who I want. You!!

I want nothing more than to help women who've experienced trauma in their life to pull the strength from that experience and use it to their advantage and create a life they can be happy in.    In addition to losing my son, I've experienced abuse both as a child and adult.  I'll spare the details here but will be happy to share this with you in a conversation.  You can schedule that here.   I've been where you are and have come out on the other side with a happy life.  My history is just that and I can help you do the same.

“I am on a mission to help other women use their trauma to become their strength and create their best life.“
Why? Because for so long, I was living my life for everyone else and was miserable. Literally the day I buried my son I still felt I needed to tell my father “happy birthday” because it was always about everyone else. Can you relate to this? We need to be happy, follow our passion and only then can we truly give to those we love around us.   Part of this journey is taking the trauma in our life, the loss, and turn that into our strength.  This becomes a win win situation and puts the different tragedies we've experienced where it needs to be - in the past while we embrace the good that we can.  It really is that simple.   Though not as easy to do as it sounds.  That is where I come in.

There’s a lot more to what I’ve experienced than what I can put on this page, and I can use it all to help you. I believe that’s the silver lining in why I’ve experience much of what I have – and I would like to help you to achieve joy in your life just as I have found in mine.

Here are some fun facts about me!

  • I was born in Ireland and then moved to California with my mother as an infant to meet up with my dad.
  • I competed in Irish dancing up until I was in my mid 30’s, and still (in my late 40’s) I dance and perform around St. Patrick’s Day. I was raised true to my Irish heritage though I’m still a California girl.
  • I spent over 5 years as a working cowgirl (in my 40s), in the mountains, actually getting paid to work on my horse! I loved being a backcountry guide was able to live out a childhood dream.
  •  I dance to music every day, in the bathroom, car, etc. It energizes me!
  •  Even with all my accomplishments, I fear I will never be enough. Logically I know this is irrational, but I struggle with this every day.
