A few things about me…
I have three living adult children, and one that died (my daughter’s twin) just 12 hours before birth. I am a grandmother, which is one of the most fun things ever, though can be hard because my daughter named her son Joshua after her deceased twin brother. My kids are either moved out to go to college (with no intention of ever moving back) or have finished college.

I am twice divorced, but now in a serious relationship with my boyfriend whom I live with. Brian is a sweetheart and he has a daughter from a previous marriage who is in a different state going to college as well. He is by far the best man I’ve ever met and spending time with him makes me want to be a better person than I am.

Over the last 19 years, I have owned several businesses in different industries. While my last marriage was falling apart I took that opportunity to rebuild my business and design it exactly how I want it.  Now I am serving exactly who I want. You!!

Life is certainly too short to continue living it by everyone else’s terms. Right? This is how I express my creativity and how I give back. I’ve always wanted to learn how to play the banjo, so I bought one in February 2018 and am teaching myself, though not often enough.   This has been slow going with everything else I’m doing but it will happen eventually.

“I am on a mission to help others see what is possible for them, help them make a plan and then achieve it.“
Why? Because for so long, I was living my life for everyone else and was miserable. Literally the day I buried my son I still felt I needed to tell my father “happy birthday” because it was always about everyone else. Can you relate to this? We need to be happy, follow our passion and only then can we truly give to those we love around us. That is a win win situation and what I want to help other women achieve. It really is that simple. After all these years I’ve learned it’s OK to say no to others and it’s OK to say yes to ourselves.

Especially now that the kids have grown and are building their own lives, as they should be, it’s time to focus on what we want to do. There’s a lot more to what I’ve experienced than what I can put on this page, and I can use it all to help you. I believe that’s the silver lining in why I’ve experience much of what I have – and I would like to help you to achieve joy in your life just as I have found in mine.

Here are some fun facts about me!

  • I was born in Ireland and then moved to California with my mother as an infant to meet up with my dad.
  • I competed in Irish dancing up until I was in my mid 30’s, and still (in my late 40’s) I dance and perform around St. Patrick’s Day. I was raised true to my Irish heritage though I’m still a California girl.
  • I spent over 5 years as a working cowgirl (in my 40s), in the mountains, actually getting paid to work on my horse! I loved being a backcountry guide was able to live out a childhood dream.
  •  I dance to music every day, in the bathroom, car, etc. It energizes me!
  •  Even with all my accomplishments, I fear I will never be enough. Logically I know this is irrational, but I struggle with this every day.
