Why? Because for so long, I was living my life for everyone else and was miserable. Literally the day I buried my son I still felt I needed to tell my father “happy birthday” because it was always about everyone else. Can you relate to this? We need to be happy, follow our passion and only then can we truly give to those we love around us. Part of this journey is taking the trauma in our life, the loss, and turn that into our strength. This becomes a win win situation and puts the different tragedies we've experienced where it needs to be - in the past while we embrace the good that we can. It really is that simple.
Though not as easy to do as it sounds. That is where I come in.
There’s a lot more to what I’ve experienced than what I can put on this page, and I can use it all to help you. I believe that’s the silver lining in why I’ve experience much of what I have – and I would like to help you to achieve joy in your life just as I have found in mine.
